The problem with working for a large Telco manufacturer/services company is that every mobile 'phone operator in the UK is one of our customers (AFAIK).
This means that I can't slag off their f_cking awful "customer care" who ... blah, blah, blah. Useless.
Luckily, I got someone at work who knows handsets (and has a USIM editing tool on his PC) to fix their errors. :-)
